Terms and conditions:
1. The Promotion start date is 22/08/24 and ends on the 15/12/24.
2. Promotion is only available to Microsoft Surface Distributor Managed Partners (DMP) and Breadth Partners who qualify. (For service contract coverage Reseller must be a Microsoft Surface Authorized Partner in order to participate)
3. Prizes include Fuel, Supermarket or Travel Vouchers.
4 During the promotion period, rewards can be earned based on the number of Surface devices purchased: Buy 20 devices to receive a prize worth $300 Or buy 30 devices to receive a prize worth $450, Or buy 40 devices to receive a prize worth $700. Purchases do not need to be made in a single transaction.
5. Eligible products are Microsoft Surface Laptops, Surface Pro, Laptop Studio 2, Laptop Studio 2+ and Laptop GO 3.
6. The 0% Finance Promo can be leveraged when you transact 25+ units in a single transaction.
7. Once the top tier of prize is reached, the reseller can start again from zero.
8. Prizes must be claimed at the end of quarter, or before 30th December.
9. End User Customer information for the transaction must be different than Company, Affiliates of Company, and the DMP, and must be named at the time of transaction to ensure compliance.
10. Demo and PBUP units are not eligible.
11. Purchase orders must be received by the 15/12/2024 to be eligible for the promotion.
12. Gift vouchers can be claimed for a maximum of 150 devices per reseller.
To be eligible to receive any prize the reseller’s accounts receivable with Dicker Data must be up to date. Standard gift and gratuity policy applies. If, for any reason, a prize is unavailable Dicker Data reserves the right to replace it with a prize of equal value. Prizes may differ slightly from those pictured. Dicker Data accepts no responsibility for any tax liability incurred as a result of a reseller participating in the promotion. Participants should obtain independent tax and financial advice. If the reseller is unable to accept the reward, the reward will be given to the next eligible reseller. If, for any reason, the promotion is not capable of being run as planned, including due to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of Dicker Data, which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion, Dicker Data reserves the right in its absolute discretion to take any action that may be available to it, subject to New Zealand regulations, including cancelling, terminating, modifying or suspending the promotion. Dicker Data reserves the right to disqualify any participant if Dicker Data determines that participant is ineligible, or if participant's participation in the program or receipt of a prize violates the relevant country, federal, territorial or provincial laws, or these Program Terms. Likewise, Dicker Data reserves the right: (a) to disqualify any participant Dicker Data suspects of fraud, abuse or other unlawful conduct; and (b) to disqualify any participant who Dicker Data believes has purchased products in violation of Dicker Data distribution channel policies.
